Description: This stamp belongs to William Farquhar collection Sheet 10v. This stamp can be only be used for local addresses. This has the Lion symbol on top right corner with silver color. Lion is the national symbol of Singapore and is also known as Lion City. One interesting fact I accidently discovered was that it is printed on fluorosecent paper, stamp glows in dark. I realised it when i was looking at the stamps in my albhum suddenly the current went off, this stamp alone glowed green.
