Description: This not exactly a Hornbill theme but comemmorating 50 years of organised Philately during Malpex 1997. But this MS had been released for Indepex '97 in  India. Indepx 97 logo is printed in gold at bottom right corner. Rhinoceros hornbill is depicted in the stamp at bottom centre whose face value is 50sen.
